Linda Gibson-Young is a nurse clinician, researcher, and educator with over 25 years of experience working to advance child and family health in rural communities. She has collaborated, with and mentored healthcare providers and students interested in child asthma with health disparities in rural environments. A team of colleagues has secured intramural and private foundation grants to deliver asthma interventions in rural clinics, schools, and community settings with findings that are published in high-impact nursing and public health journals.
